Welcome to Lanka Sky Tours Ltd. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
a) Company: Refers to Lanka Sky Tours Ltd., a company registered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
b) Client: Refers to any individual or entity using the services provided by Lanka Sky Tours Ltd.
c) Services: Includes all travel and tour-related services offered by Lanka Sky Tours Ltd.
a) Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. A booking is considered confirmed only when a confirmation email or document is sent to the Client.
b) Deposits: A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
c) Final Payment: The balance is due 30 days before the departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
d) Payment Methods: Payments can be made only via credit card through the online system.
a) Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost.
b) Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the Company needs to cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour will be offered if available.
a) By the Client: Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.
b) By the Company: The Company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary when necessary for the safety, comfort, or general well-being of the participants.
The Client is strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, and other potential risks. The Company is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the Client's failure to secure adequate insurance.
a) General: The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to the use of its services.
b) Third-Party Providers: The Company acts as an intermediary for third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport companies) and is not responsible for any acts or omissions by these providers.
a) Health Requirements: It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they meet all health requirements for the destination(s) and have all necessary vaccinations.
b) Safety: The Company is not responsible for the Client’s safety during the tour. Clients must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by tour leaders and local authorities.
The Client agrees to comply with the authority and decisions of the tour leader appointed by the Company. The Company reserves the right to remove any Client from a tour if their behavior is deemed to be disruptive or dangerous.
The Company is committed to protecting the Client’s privacy. Personal data collected will only be used for the purpose of providing the services and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
